Rate the current level of each of the nine “C dimensions” in your team on a scale of 1 to 10 (where 10 is the best score). Then note the required future level of each “C” for your team to perform as needed. This score may be higher or lower than the current level. Then discuss with your team how to close the gaps between the two levels measured.
