MAGNIFIQUE! LOISIUM IN CHAMPAGNE

-

EOpening in August 2022, LOISIUM Wine & Spa Hotel Champagne, the newest member of the LOISIUM family, welcomes its guests in Mutigny in the heart of Champagne, a mere 30 kilometers from Reims and 150 kilometers from Paris. It has 101 rooms and suites, two restaurants, a vinotheque, a champagne and wine bar, a Spa Club and conference and event facilities – all right on the edge of the »Parc naturel régional de la Montagne de Reims« and designed by Parisian architect and designer duo Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku to match the characteristic LOISIUM flair.

LE NOUVEAU LOISIUM—PLUS QUE PARFAIT!

The beating heart of the new LOISIUM are the brasserie »L’Horisium« and the finedining restaurant »La Table du Chef« – both helmed by 30-year-old Antoine Madeleine (see from page 10) who, despite his young age, has an impressive résumé. Having learned his craft under legendary chef Joël Robouchon, he honed his skills as Chef de Cuisine for Georges Blanc in his three-star restaurant and, at LOISIUM,

now focuses on creativity, regionality and sustainability. But because no LOISIUM guest can live on excellent cuisine alone, »La Mezzanine« vinotheque stocks an impressive 4000 bottles of champagne while champagne and wine bar »Les Bulles« offers unobstructed views of the surrounding vineyards. Whether you come for pleasure or work, you’ll surely want to enjoy the spectacular Spa Club with a heated outdoor pool, a spa bar, three saunas and four treatment rooms using organic care products by Saint Charles Apothecary. Afterwards, before dozing off all pampered, you can catch a glimpse of nature and the Grand Cru vineyards through the floor-to-ceiling windows of your room or suite. And when the sun kisses you the next morning, the loudest sound you’ll hear will be the chirping of birds looking forward to another day in paradise – just like the guests at the new LOISIUM Champagne.

»WIR HABEN DARAUF GEACHTET, DAS HAUS SO WEIT WIE MÖGLICH MIT DER NATUR ZU VERSCHMELZEN.«

Patrick Jouin & Sanjit Manku, Architekten
