Relaxation in two acts
In the bustling heart of Monte-carlo you will find a true gem of luxury and relaxation. The concept of the legendary hotel “Metropole” provides a unique opportunity for a maximum of holistic contemplation. L’officiel invites you to explore at first hand.
Reduced design is often a matter of opinion - most of the time, exaggerated minimalism seems undercooled and uninviting. However, architect Didier Gomez found the perfect balance for the “Spa by Givenchy” in the Hotel Metropole: Clean design in a warm lighting ambience allows visitors who are looking for relaxation to take a deep breath as soon as they enter the rooms. The colour trio of black, white and gold reflects the aesthetic codes of the brand that gives the hotel its name, as the French fashion and cosmetics house Givenchy realised its vision at this noble address. All ten treatment rooms are decorated in nuanced shades of white, with embossed walls reminiscent of the lace of haute couture gowns. Below are the spa suites, which feature a bathtub and private hammam.
Inner values
Let’s move on from the visual sophistication of the interior to the treatments on the menu. On the one hand, there is the “Heat Experience” package, which includes a visit to the sauna, the hammam, the Cadlarium, an ice fountain and the so-called sensory showers, but also the variety of facial treatments, where you can simultaneously support your outer beauty and inner peace. For example, the “Givenchy Facial Treatment Resource” was launched this summer to help tired and stressed skin regain its balance, using 96% of natural ingredients. The selection is wide and guaranteed to have the right programme for every need.
Enjoyment for all the senses
For those who do not want to surrender to the hustle and bustle of the outside world immediately after the treatments, a trip to the pool is highly recommended. Designed and created by Karl Lagerfeld, the “Odyssey” with its lush garden, idyllic pool and stylish lounge bar is an oasis of relaxation where you can fully indulge in idleness.
