“We are thrilled to introduce Villa Beauchamp and Villa Clair-soleil alongside Villa Rose-pierre, catering to our esteemed guests’ desire for utmost privacy and seclusion, coupled with impeccable design and the legendary Four Seasons service,” reveals General Manager François-régis Simon.

Renowned Parisian designer Sybille de Margerie has been commissioned to create bespoke interiors that pay homage to the villas’ architectural heritage. “To honour the classical essence of these villas while infusing contemporary elements that resonate with today’s aesthetic preferences, I have meticulously crafted a style that strikes a harmonious balance between tradition and innovation,” comments Sybille.

With their elegant and serene interiors boasting refined colour palettes and delicate accents, blending contemporary touches with a hint of sophisticated nautical charm, the villas also offer dedicated butler service and exclusive private access. Well-manicured pathways connect the hotel’s trio of villas, each guarded by secure gates to ensure absolute privacy. This arrangement makes the villas ideal for larger groups seeking to reserve all three properties. Guests of the villas enjoy seamless access to the hotel’s facilities throughout their stay, with the convenience of complimentary golf carts for effortless transportation.

Villa Clair Soleil, a tranquil two-bedroom villa just steps away from the magnificent Villa Rose Pierre, offers a serene oasis with breathtaking sea views. This villa, dating back to the mid-20th century, embodies the characteristic elements of the Saint-jean du Capferrat region, featuring a minimalist colour palette, clean lines, and whitewashed walls. Subtle touches of green pay homage to the surrounding natural landscape, while warm orange and terracotta hues infuse Provençal charm. A generously proportioned terrace overlooking the sea and a private gym with garden access further enhance the villa’s allure.

Exuding a distinctly southern ambience, Villa Beauchamp, boasting five bedrooms, harmoniously blends elegant finishes and neutral tones with shades of greens and blues reminiscent of the sea and lush vegetation. A remarkable highlight awaits in the primary bedroom, where an extraordinary bathroom mosaic floor takes inspiration from the visionary work of Jean Cocteau, whose artistic touch famously transformed the walls of the neighbouring Villa Santo Sospir into a whimsical masterpiece.

Immaculate gardens surround Villa Beauchamp, featuring a resplendent 16-meter-long (52-foot) swimming pool nestled beneath the shade of towering pine, fig, laurel, and cypress trees. The villa, enveloped in tranquillity, also offers a state-of-the-art entertainment centre with a home cinema, a rejuvenating sauna and hammam, and a fitness centre with direct access to the garden. Adjacent to the villa lies the Pavilion, an independent two-bedroom guesthouse fully equipped to cater to the needs of friends or teenagers seeking a touch more seclusion. Each Pavilion bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace, ensuring a relaxing and exclusive experience.

A well-known fact is that at Grand-hôtel du Cap-ferrat, every aspect of the guest experience is meticulously designed to exceed expectations. With the addition of Villa Beauchamp and Villa Clair-soleil, the hotel continues redefining luxury and privacy, offering an exclusive retreat where guests can create lasting memories of unparalleled beauty and elegance.

Whether seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a gathering of friends, Grand-hôtel du Capferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel and its new historic villas are poised to provide an exceptional and unforgettable experience for discerning travellers seeking the ultimate in luxury and privacy on the French Riviera.
