All advertising material submitted to us (incl. advertising pages, photos, texts, logos, samples, etc.) must have the appropriate global Intellectual Property Rights. The advertiser submitting the material to us agrees to hold the publishing house and all of its affiliates harmless from and against all claims arising from any violation of intellectual property rights in relation to the materials supplied.
