Armenian terrorists plan another provocation in Nagorno-Karabakh

Armenia is expected to announce a large-scale amnesty, but it is yet unknown for sure who exactly will be lucky.

The issue is discussed in an atmosphere of extreme confidentiality. It was secretly discussed at a government meeting, and will be considered in parliament and the relevant parliamentary commission behind closed doors.

It is well-known that the country experiences certain inconvenience due to overcrowding in penitentiary institutions. Amnesty in a country where lawlessness prevails was last announced in 2013.

Apparently, this is why Justice Minister Artak Zeynalyan enthusiastically calls this move of the new authorities 'unique'. There maybe other reasons, as all depends on whose names and which articles are considered for amnesty.

The Minister of Justice, following a new tradition, reported this in social networks with one very remarkable clarification.

“It is necessary to realize that the government, the National Assembly, the state forgives convicts suspected of a crime on behalf of the society against whom the crime was directed (guided by the presumption of legitimacy of judicial acts, not specifying cases when there is public doubt about the fairness of judicial acts),” the minister wrote.

This means that the issue of the release of prisoners will not be focused on legal norms, but on the political situation and the mood of the crowd. It would not be surprising if the list of amnesties will be read on the square and adjusted according to the intensity of the whistle or applause.

There are no leaks about who exactly will be included in the list as the information is kept in a secret. However, there is no doubt that among the amnestied people there will be terrorists of Sasna Tsrer, an extremist group recently transformed into a party. However, this has not changed the essence of the establishement. The terrorists have pledged allegiance to the new authorities, and now they are going to fulfill their own political tasks in occupied Karabakh. These plans can be called in one word – a provocation.

At their recent congress, the Sasna Tsrer members openly voiced racist slogans and plans for subversive activities against neighboring states. And on the eve, the party announced the intention of its members to arrange a car procession in occupied Karabakh on November 17, where it creates its cell and is going to hold a congress.

The participants of the provocative action involve all the "stars" of the terrorist attack committed in Yerevan two years ago - Zhirayr Sefilyan, Alek Yenigomshyan, Varuzhan Avetisyan, Garegin Chugaszyan, Araik Khandoyan and others. And if by that time the rest are released, then the leader of the attack Pavlik Manukyan and others will join them.

Armenian public is still wondering why the terrorists became free. There is no logical answer to this question.

On July 17, 2016, an extremist group “Sasna Tsrer”, seized the territory of the patrol police regiment in Yerevan. At the same time three policemen were killed, hostages were taken, major damage was done to state property. As it turned out quite recently, the aim of the terrorist attack was not the release of "like-minded people", nor the resignation of Sargsyan and other political chatter, but the theft of money and weapons, which the "freedom-loving" slogans were supposed to cover.

The terrorists were arrested and sentenced to various terms of imprisonment. However, after the coup d'état and the arrival of the new authorities, terrorists began to be released from custody. Currently, 27 out of 31 arrested members of the Sasna Tsrer group have been released, including one of its leaders, Araik Khandoyan.

After the velvet revolution in Armenia, the terrorists turned into politicians, started to build extensive plans, including those concerning the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. At the same time, they constantly appeal to the authorities and boast of their “special relations” with the new head of government, which greatly compromises Nikol Pashinyan, especially in light of the meeting with the President of Azerbaijan in late September.

This greatly undermines confidence in the current Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on the world arena.
