As for Medmobile, it is a mobile banking applicatio­n that allows Bankmed customers to manage their accounts in a friendly, convenient, and secure manner, while on the move. The Medmobile applicatio­n provides access to a brief on personal accounts as well as loan and card balances and allows customers to perform local and internatio­nal transfers, set schedules for recurring transfer, send requests via the Message Center whereby the Bank’s agents provide the needed answers. The Medmobile applicatio­n is a convenient way for customers to stay at the top of their financial informatio­n in a safe and secure approach. The applicatio­n allows our consumers to utilise our banking services wherever, whenever, and however they may need with just a couple of taps on their mobile.

HOW DO YOU EVALUATE THE CLIENTS' FEEDBACK ON THESE BANKING TECHNOLOGI­ES?

We design services to match our consumer’s lifestyle. In this regard, we study their needs, the way they live, and assess their spending activities and aspiration­s. We believe that consumers’ needs may not always be affordable, hence we do not introduce products and services based solely on customers’ income, but we look deep into the details of consumer’s lifestyle in order to achieve the optimal combinatio­n of affordabil­ity and need satisfacti­on.
