Briefly describe the evolution of your blog.

I started blogging in June 2009 without really knowing how it goes, but I started blogging and focused on the type of posts that got the most interest from my readers. I did a #Bloggersfaceoff section that turned out to be a hit. My fans were really interested in the topic since the blogosphere was growing in Lebanon and they wanted to get to know the people behind the blogs. I then moved into cosmetics and beauty which captured the ladies’ and kept them coming back for beauty tips. I recently started a #Fitness section covering my fitness journey and featuring general tips and it's opening up my blog to a new niche of people. My blog is still growing and I’m always learning new things...

How did you first decide to launch?

In 2009, social media was still at an experimental stage in Lebanon. I gradually became active on twitter where I followed a lot of local and international bloggers and was motivated to start my own blog.

What makes your content unique in your opinion?

I don't like to speak for myself, but based on what I hear from my fans, what makes my content unique is my style of writing, I write in a natural way without creating barriers between me and my fans. I believe this is what keeps them coming back. And lately the fitness section has been grabbing everyone’s attention as my fans are constantly waiting for new updates...

What motivates you to keep going with your blogging after all this time?

At the beginning, I went through a phase, wondering if I should keep blogging or not. I guess every blogger goes through it. But what kept me going is the feedback I got from my readers. Sometimes people spot me when I’m attending an event or even walking the streets and tell me that they're reading my posts. I don't want to fail them and I will keep on blogging. I would like to thank everyone who supported me across my blogging journey so far, I couldn't have done it without them!
