This is mainly due to a stagnant economy, a sluggish property market, a slump in the price of oil, cancellation of government mega projects coupled with an increased political instability and a higher tension in the war zones that surround us. The above will make it much more competitive than ever to perform, grow and drive forward. So marketers will be faced with a tough business environment. Hence they will have to make change happen by tapping into and seeking unconventional resources and exceptional talents allowing them to achieve creative ideas, that will sell their products and services, that are way above the bar and very different from the norm.
