Grey Appoints New Group CEO

Kamil Kuran has taken on the role of group chief executive officer at Grey MENA. Previously regional managing director for Publicis Communications across the Levant, he will report to Nirvik Singh, chairman and chief executive of Grey Group Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. Kuran’s appointment is the latest in a string of appointments at the agency, with Nadim Khoury taking over as chief executive of Grey MENA in March following the departure of Eric Hanna. Khoury will remain as chief executive, with Kuran taking on a group chief executive role as Grey extends its footprint across the region. In February, Ali Shabaz replaced Mike Shackle as chief creative officer.
