OVERALL IMPRESSION

There was a decent turnout of participan­ts in this year’s contest, showcasing various pieces of work and using a multitude of visual interpreta­tions. Technicall­y speaking, many submission­s showed high levels of crafting and expertise in the visual art segment, yet most of them were lacking the Big Idea, the ultimate promise, and an innovative way to grab the jury’s attention with a powerful and original message that are required for poster designs.

ABOUT THE WINNERS...

Each of the winning candidates has his/her own style and used a different technique and approach to illustrate a positive message about Lebanon, which is an indication that if I have something new to say and I say it in an innovative way, I’ll surely be amongst the winners.
