OVERALL EVALUATION

I see a lot of effort amongst the students to be creative in their work and this is good. Many submissions were good attempts to be conceptual, however, there’s a lack in the skills to express their ideas visually and graphically. I would advise all the students to find their inspirations in the world around them and less on the internet through their screens. Stick to the basics and focus on the harmony. At the end it all goes down to taste.

The winning posters are well balanced, witty or creative and/or artistic crafting or good execution.

A FINAL WORD…

I encourage the Lebanese creative talent to keep persevering and to look inside to find the original Lebanese voice within especially the students, as they are the ones who have the responsibility and the opportunity to make things better. What they will do is up to them and for them. So good luck.
