> BBDO has won the global creative account for car manufactur­er Ford. WPP initially won the Ford account 75 years ago. In April, Ford launched a global review of its creative agencies. At the conclusion of the review, WPP will continue to handle activation, including media planning and buying, digital and production. It will also be responsibl­e for activating the Ford brand through key channels and regions, through its global Ford agency GTB as well as other WPP agencies, while Ford has appointed Omnicom Group’s BBDO as its lead creative agency. Wieden+kennedy has also been hired for special projects and innovation­s.

Communicat­ions has been appointed to provide PR and media support for the first ever ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon, which will take place in the UAE capital on 7th December 2018.
