EMIRATES AIRLINES CONFUSES THE INTERNET

Emirates’ official account tweeted an image of a ‘diamond encrusted’ plane and the photo immediately went viral. The tweet read, “Presenting the Emirates ‘Bling’ 777. Image created by Sara Shakeel,” and was accompanied with the ‘Boeing 777’ aircraft that is heavily pimped up with crystals and diamonds. The sparkly dimaond-encrusted plane is seen parked at the terminal of an airport and many social media users were wondering if this is the airlines latest aircraft. However, many others too speculated that the photo is fake. The image shared by the Emirates is actually an artwork done by Sara Shakeel, an awardwinning artist who heavily uses crystals and diamonds in her artworks.
