> Pikasso Enters Armenia
Pikasso has entered the Armenian market under the name of Pikasso OOH LLC and launched its activity with the acquisition of the inventory of locations of Arabella. The inventory is composed of Large Formats: Unipoles, Rooftops, and Billboards, all of them located in prime locations in Yerevan, the administrative capital, the cultural and industrial center of Armenia, its main urban center with a population of 1.12 million inhabitants out of 3 million for the whole country. The Armenian diaspora spread mainly between France, the US, Switzerland, Russia and Lebanon totals 10 million. They keep the tradition and the culture alive and often visit the home country representing a wealth for the local economy. Armenia has a liberal system for FDI, is part of the Eurasian Economic Union Market (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kirgizstan), has signed a GSP+ trade regime with the European Union allowing the export of nearly 7,200 items to the EU with no or reduced tariffs, and is considered in the top 10 secure countries. Some important clusters are registering double digit growth figures such as Tourism & Information Technologies.
