Chaotic; but the human capacity for resilience is great, and resilience is what allows us to bounce back and keep moving forward.

When dealing with the uncertaint­y around us, many people and businesses responded by shutting down. In order to protect our people and our partners, we embraced that change instead of fighting it or hiding from it, and we shifted our focus into a massive regional expansion that allowed us to create more jobs in Lebanon and grow our client network in the region. to work with partners that have a long term digital potential, from a marketing perspectiv­e to online revenue streams because we knew that digital marketing is the future. Our team was also built on having this skillset from the get go. Nobody was expecting COVID, but we were expecting a digital revolution. We focused on our core strength in order to help channel our partners into a seamless digital transforma­tion.

Keeping a daily routine and staying discipline­d as an individual helped a lot. I mainly focused on whatever I was in control of and where I was able to make a difference and adapt. The rest I considered as noise.

On a personal level, I learned the importance of mental health and that being happy overcomes anything else in life. On a business level, we built a small team with the sole job of thinking of what would take us, or one of our partners, out of business and develop solutions to overcome these challenges.

Life is a journey of both hardships and success, and the last couple of years have definitely been challengin­g, to say the least. However, struggles mean challenges and opportunit­ies, and as the world around us is changing, we need to do the same. Luckily, I love what I do, and the digital world is constantly evolving, which keeps both my passion and my motivation ignited.

In the way we have restructur­ed our company into a fully remote regional digital agency with the largest team located in Lebanon; our main new business comes from the GCC and we are planning an expansion into North Africa in 2022.

Plan for refills is crucial to keep up the passion and energy. To keep the fire going, you may want to plan the frequency of refilling the coals. Likewise, take time to plan your schedule and to-do list. It is easy to get overwhelme­d by endless deadlines and suffer from burnout quickly. However, having an organized schedule and setting priorities allows you to pace yourself, and plan for sufficient breaks to be recharged.

The rise of the digital is a major opportunit­y for all the businesses and industries, as its giving new keys to agencies to offer to the clients while reimaginin­g the global market as one.

On a technical level, new innovative data and digital customized solutions are one example; data retrieving will be the drift in the year ahead with the main challenge to keep up its security. On a strategica­l level, definitely a 2022 challenge for Bridge of Minds will be to successful­ly position the agency in UAE and KSA markets where we officially started to provide our services there and set-up offices in Dubai.

And since, we created a resilient bond and duty towards my country and people to keep rebelling against this corrupted system, then Me and my Phenomenal team feel that we’re on a constant resilient mission to triumph for a better sovereign independen­t free and liberal Lebanon based on three main pillars: People, Army and Justice.

In crises, there are bystanders and US. We’ve chosen to be the upstanders creating, contributi­ng and supporting every positive initiative, act or project in order to maintain a high momentum. We’ve chosen to bring some hope fighting the darkness invading us.

To fight and keep fighting till the end for our dignity, esteem and positive momentum no matter how hard the path gets.
