SAY GOODBYE TO FEAR

- Adnan Mehmood

WHEN someone joins a gym. It’s common to BE shy At THE Gym For THE irst time. You will have that uncomfortable feeling holding you back. You have to face it head on and just go for it as it doesn’t matter because you are new in gym.

Recently I saw a guy at the gym. He was new and was afraid to ask the trainer or anyone. He looked scared and uncomfortable because of his thin and unshaped body. So I remembered my irst DAY At Gym. It was Exactly THE same feeling I had. Looking up to those legends of bodybuilding and thinking to maintain a physique like them.

AFTER irst week, you will probably laugh at the thoughts of ever being afraid of stepping into a positive place of self-improvement.

You will realise nobody is going to tease or harm you… Nobody is going to judge you. It’s all about you, your self-esteem AND CONFIDENCE AND that you NEED to work hard and achieve your goals and vision.

In fact, most people will be super friendly and will happy to guide. Other people at the gym come for their own improvement - not to discriminate or judge anyone.

Really don’t need to worry about that. My brother’s athletic friends used to joke about how skinny I was.

They used to say, “Start doing some push-ups or weight training—put some meat on those skinny body.”

I felt like there would be a lot of people like them at the gym making fun of me.

Its better you ask a trainer who can guide your training routine and diet to achieve your goals.
