TEHRAN MUST STOP MEDDLING IN ME

-

If there is one important message that the world wants to pass on to Iran, it is this: Stop interfering in the affairs of the Middle East and do not dare threaten the security of Arab Gulf countries. The message was well reinforced by UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan in his speech at the United Nations General Assembly where he cautioned that interference in the Arab world affairs by Iran has reached an unprecedented level.

Iran seeks to undermine the security of the entire region by spreading chaos, violence and sectarianism.

In Yemen, while the Arab coalition has been doing its best to help achieve security and stability, repeated hostile acts by the Houthi militia prove that the Iranian regime provides the militias with ADVANCED weapons CAPABILITIES, In lagrant DEIANCE of UNSC Resolutions 2216 and 2231, with the main objective of threatening Saudi Arabian, regional and international security.

The war, imposed by the Houthi rebels, has had a severe impact on the Yemeni people and on the country’s economy. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues to be subjected to a barrage of Iranian ballistic missiles and the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen has responded in order to put an end to the Houthi coup and to address Iran’s nefarious interference.

The Houthi militias just do not want peace and this is unambiguously proved by their failure to attend peace talks in Geneva, obstructing humanitarian assistance, receiving Iranian arms, planting landmines and even recruiting children for war.

THE world Does not trust Iran’s Intentions AND that Is RELECTED in the decision taken by the United States to withdraw from the Iranian nuclear agreement and re-impose sanctions.

US President Donald Trump’s words at the UN General Assembly relect THE reality on THE Ground: “Iran’s LEADERS sow CHAOS, DEATH and destruction. They do not respect their neighbours or borders or the sovereign rights of nations. Instead Iran’s leaders plunder the nation’s resources to enrich themselves and to spread mayhem across the Middle East and far beyond.”

Tehran’s support for the Houthi militias and its plan to implement its subversive agenda in the entire region are the root causes of all trouble.

It is unfortunate that Iran has never ceased its aggressive behaviour in the region, nor abandoned its intention to develop weapons of mass destruction, even when the international community granted it the opportunity to rectify its policies and behaviour.
