Sharjah’s real estate exhibition begins today

The 6th edition of the Real Estate Investment Exhibition (ACRES 2019), will kick off on Tuesday (today), under the patronage of Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.

ACRES 2019, which will be held at Expo Sharjah, will be witnessing the participation of a large number of companies and institutions specialised in various domains, such as real estate development and contracting companies, building and construction materials companies, real estate brokers, banks, financial institutions, architectural design services companies, interior design companies, and a number of concerned local government departments.

The exhibition is organised by Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department and Real Sector Business Group in Sharjah.

Saeed Ghanim Al Suwaidi, Chairman of Real Estate Sector Business Group, stated that the participating companies and institutions in ACRES 2019 strive to make use of Sharjah’s position as a unique and atractive investment destination, especially with the remarkable hike of the new shopping malls in Sharjah and modern residential complexes, as well as the luxurious real estate projects.

Al Suwaidi shed light on the new approach of the real estate developers. The approach which is focusing on the human well-being and building multifunctional residential and commercial complexes, with the advantage of the UAE’S reputation in general and Sharjah in particular, in addition to being a global ideal destination for living, work, and investment.
