Dubai Sports City set to host Spring Camp

DUBAI: Dubai Sports City (DSC) has announced that it will host its first-ever collaborat­ive Spring Camp, over the Easter holidays, to cater for an overwhelmi­ng demand from parents for their children to participat­e in various sports activities during the school holidays.

During the two-week school break, participat­ing youngsters will have the opportunit­y to immerse themselves in a variety of popular sports under the guidance of qualified and expert coaches in their chosen sport. The activities on offer include: Spanish Soccer School, Claude Harmon III Performanc­e Golf Academy, Dubai Eagles (Rugby), ICC Academy (Cricket), and the Clarke Francis Tennis Academy.

The sports programme has been developed with a premium sports offering at its core, from the best facilities to inspiring coaches that have trained champions and all in the surroundin­g of the vibrant Sports Village. There is also the option to extend camp hours from 1600 to 1700 enabling parents to collect their children ater work hours.

Commenting on the inaugural Spring Camp, Vijay Sajjanhar, Chief Financial Officer of Dubai Sports City said:

As such, we are very proud to be organising the inaugural Spring Camp here in Dubai Sports City.”

Taking place at the Sports Village, the active entertainm­ent hub in the heart of Dubai Sports City, the first-ever Spring Camp will take place between March 31 ro April 11.
