Ajman Chamber participates in UAE-SME exhibition

AJMAN: The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) participated in the first edition of UAE-SME Exhibition, which is being organised by Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry at the Al Ain Convention Center, with the participation of a large number of entrepreneurs and SMES.

During the opening of the two-day-exhibition, Salem Al Suwaidi, Director General of Ajman Chamber, said that Ajman Chamber is keen to participate in the exhibitions that enhance entrepreneurship and SMES.

“The UAE-SME Exhibition provides a platform for entrepreneurs to network, showcase and present their products and ideas to both the public and the business community. It further helps to highlight the products and services of SMES, and to identify the mechanisms of financing and expansion plans, as well as enhancing the competitiveness of those enterprises,” Al Suwaidi added.

He also praised the guidance of the prudent leadership to provide packages of facilities for the community of entrepreneurs and SMES through harnessing powers of the concerned departments, which strive to ensure growth and sustainability of their business.

Al Suwaidi further stressed the important role of UAE-SME Exhibition that saw a remarkable presence of the government departments concerned with the development of private projects, along with participation of more than 200 entrepreneurs.
