Doctorsae.com to connect patients with UAE doctors

ABU DHABI: Doctorsae.com, a doctor discovery platform, was created to help create a seamless connection between patients and UAE accredited and licensed physicians. The platform gives patients with key information about the physician, including the ability to set appointments for consultation. The website, which is available in English and Arabic, has been named as one of the top four winning entries for this year’s edition of Pitch@palace UAE, which was organised by the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development (KFED).

The website addresses the need for healthcare seekers to find an appropriate doctor to help them with their medical concerns and issues. It offers information about licensed doctors practicing in the UAE, including their specializations and the hospitals or clinics that they work in. Aside from linking patients to doctors in the UAE, other benefits to be gained from using the website include sharing the doctors profile to friends and family and access to key information about health conditions, including articles about health, diet and procedures published by the doctors from different clinics and hospitals in the UAE.

Since its creation, Doctorsae.com has obtained funding from Dubai SME and has secured partnership with over 200 doctors across the UAE. The website intends to forge partnerships with at least 20 per cent of the licensed physicians in the country while also leaving key influence across the online health market.
