ACRES 2020 continues to offer exciting deals

SHARJAH: The 7th edition of the Real Estate Investment Exhibition (ACRES 2020) is currently underway at the Expo Centre Sharjah amid huge turnout of visitors from around the globe to learn more about the distinguished real estate projects in accordance with the latest technologies and the up-to-date real estate designs.

Held under the patronage of Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, ACRES 2020 is featuring great offers and deals from over 40 local and international real estate companies and developers with various facilities and flexible payment methods.

The first two days of the event was marked by signing many real estate deals, thanks to the diversity of investment choices and financing facilities offered by the participating real estate companies.

On the sidelines of the event, Tilal Properties, the leading real estate development, and investment company and the premier developer of Tilal City, and the Victoria International School signed an agreement, under which Tilal Properties will grant the Sharjah-based school two plots of land at its flagship project Tilal City.

The agreement stems from the Tilal Properties’ plans and strategies to strengthen corporate social responsibility by accelerating educational development.

Khalifa Al Shaibani, Director-general of Tilal Properties, said: “Under this agreement, Tilal Properties is offering two plots of land spanning 600,000 sq ft as part of its corporate social programme.”
