Hotel chain hails Dubai’s initiative­s in Ramadan

DUBAI: Al Bandar Rotana, a five-star hotel with a prime waterfront at the creek side, has welcomed the Dubai government’s initiative of easing restrictio­ns during the Holy month of Ramadan. Ayman Ashor, Cluster General Manager, Al Bandar Rotana and Arjaan by Rotana mentioned that they ater the successful season that Dubai has witnessed during the Spring Holiday we are still working closely with the local authoritie­s in implementi­ng all measures to safeguard the guests health and ensure that they feel at ease during their stay and safe while they are dining with us, wishing everyone a blessed Ramadan.

“The UAE is among the top countries in terms of COVID-19 vaccinatio­n rates and testing, which have helped to create a safe environmen­t for tourists,” Ashor added. “Hotels in the UAE were the world’s second busiest ater China in 2020 due to government efforts to contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus, encourage domestic tourism and take measures to accelerate the sector’s recovery, the Ministry of Economy said.

Ashor noted that at the Salt & Pepper restaurant they were serving an “Itar Dinner” in a unique way to the guests, based on the instructio­ns of Dubai local authoritie­s, during the Holy month of Ramadan this year. Meanwhile, live the Ramadan spirit and savour an authentic Itar variety starting from the cold buffet of Arabic, Internatio­nal salads, cheese selection and a fruit buffet to the hot buffet that feature main sections including Ouzi, shawarma, Iranian grills, Asian selection, local favorites.
