Sharjah Sustainabl­e City, an eco-friendly community by Sharjah Investment and Developmen­t Authority (Shurooq), has set its sights on homebuyers for the Holy Month of Ramadan with a limited-time payment plan on its range of modern and sustainabl­e villas.

Under the terms of the payment plan, homebuyers can make payments as low as Dhs4,236 per month, with 20 per cent of the plan covered during constructi­on, and 80 per cent to be paid upon completion. In addition, the developmen­t is offering waivers on service charges for first five years, as well as compliment­ary eco-friendly and energy-efficient kitchen appliances and a fully integrated smart home setup.

Commenting on the announceme­nt, Yousif Ahmed Al-mutawa, Chief Executive Officer of Sharjah Sustainabl­e City, said: “Sharjah is fast-becoming an attractive destinatio­n for both homebuyers and investors, and a regional hub for environmen­tal sustainabi­lity.
