Sobha launches Phase III of Tranquility

DUBAI: Sobha Realty, the leading premium real estate developer, has announced the launch of Phase III of the Tranquillity plots which comprise 19 exclusive plots for customised villa development within the iconic Sobha Hartland.

The launch backed by popular investor interest follows the successful sell out of 40 plots part of Phase I and II. Sobha Hartland Tranquility features exclusive waterfront and forest plots in Sobha Hartland, the eight million square feet freehold master development in Dubai’s Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City. The sell-out of Phase I and II and launch of Phase III of Sobha Hartland Tranquility comes amidst a recent study by Property Finder which reinforced the ongoing demand for villas and townhouses. Around 11.5 per cent of all villa/ townhouse sales was directed towards Mohammed bin Rashid City, the study quoted statistics from March 2021.
