Actress Natalie Martinez, who has worked with late actor Chadwick Boseman in the film “Message From The King”, says he always made her comfortable during the shoots. “He was the epitome of a gentleman. Every time I was with him I’d get so happy cause he was so humble, so sweet, always so nice. We had some prety racy scenes in “Message From The King.” When we shot them, he was a class act. I was super comfortable. He was always making sure everything was okay with me. He was an actor’s actor, where I definitely felt like I got stuff out of him and vice versa. I was really fortunate to shoot with him,” Martinez said in an interview with US Maxim magazine, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Meanwhile, talking about her journey in showbiz, the actress said: “My whole idea of success in this business is to continually work. That, to me, is a successful career. And I’m proud to have gone this long and stayed in the game this long through all the changes in Hollywood. So, I have such a blast. I mean, c’mon, I get to play pretend all day. This is so much fun!” Directed by Fabrice Du Welz, “Message from the King” was a revenge-actionthriller film directed, writen by Stephen Cornwell and Oliver Butcher.

Boseman’s performance was amazing. He took his acting level to a very different level with this film. Boseman was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016, which eventually progressed to stage IV before 2020, eventually he died at his home as a result of complications related to colon cancer on August 28, 2020, with his wife and family by his side.

Natalie Martinez began modelling at the age of 15, years before she considered giving acting a try. The Miami-born beauty’s career blossomed with a simple suggestion from her mother. During her senior year at St. Brendan High School in 2002, her mother saw an ad for J.lo’s new clothing line. Ater beating over 5,000 other girls for the gig, Natalie packed up and moved to Los Angeles. Martinez may be best known for her role in the 2008 film “Death Race,” or perhaps for her role as Michelle Miller on the telenovela “Fashion House” ( 2006), cancelled ater three months. She was cast as a major character in the series “Chuck,” appearing in first-season promotional pictures, but the showrunner decided to cut her character before the pilot was aired. Martinez had starring roles in a number of other television series that were cancelled ater one season, including “Detroit 1-8-7,” “APB” and “The Crossing.” She starred in the first season of “Under the Dome,” appearing in the season two premiere so her character could be killed off. She co-starred in one season of “Secrets and Lies,” and played the recurring role of Detective Jamie Lovato for one season in the crime drama “CSI: NY.” Martinez’ other film appearances include “End of Watch” (2012), “Broken City” (2013) and “Self/less” (2015).
