UAE congratula­tes Islamic states on Eid Al Fitr

ABU DHABI: President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has sent cables of congratula­tions to the kings, Emirs and presidents of Arab and Islamic states on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.

His Highness Sheikh Khalifa wished them and their peoples continued progress, prosperity and stability.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, have dispatched similar cables to the leaders of Arab and Islamic states on the auspicious occasion.

His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah sent a congratula­tory cable to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr, wishing that Allah Almighty will repeat this occasion for His Highness with good health and wellness and for the Arab and Islamic nations with good and blessings.

Sheikh Sultan also sent similar congratula­tory cables to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown

Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and their Highness members of the Supreme Council, Rulers of the Emirates.

His Highness also sent cables to their Highnesses, leaders of the GCC countries and the heads and kings of Arab and Islamic countries, wishing Allah to restore the Happy Eid to them with health and safety, to their peoples with further progress and to the Arab and Islamic nations with prosperity.

Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Sheikh Abdullah Bin Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah sent similar cables of congratula­tions to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and to their Highnesses, members of the Supreme Council, Rulers of the Emirates, Crown Princes, Deputy Rulers, and Leaders of the GCC countries.

DG OF ABU DHABI EARLY CHILDHOOD AUTHORITY APPOINTED: The Abu Dhabi Executive Council has issued a resolution appointing Sanaa Mohammad Suhail Ali Hassan as Director-general of the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority.
