Sultan sends Eid Al Adha greetings to UAE leaders
His Highness Sheikh Sultan has congratulated President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the occasion of Eid Al Adha
His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has congratulated President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.
His Highness expressed his congratulations and well-wishes to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa, the people of the UAE, and the Arab and Islamic nations on the auspicious occasion.
Sheikh Sultan also sent Eid Al Adha greetings to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Their Highnesses, Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates.
His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah, also sent messages of congratulations to heads of state across Arab and Islamic nations, wishing them, and their peoples, good health, progress, and prosperity.
Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Sheikh Abdullah Bin Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, also sent similar Eid greetings and congratulatory messages, to the UAE leadership, Deputy Rulers, and Crown Princes, and heads of Arab and Islamic nations.
His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, performed Eid Al Adha prayer at the Grand Eid Musalla.
Performing the prayer along with Sheikh Saud were Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, and a number of Sheikhs, top officials and members of the Arab and Islamic communities in Ras Al Khaimah.
In his Eid sermon, the imam said the Eid is an occasion of showing compassion, love, mercy, joy and respect between people, urging members of the public to adhere to precautionary measures due to the exceptional health circumstance the world are going through.
He wished good health and happiness for President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and prayed for further stability, security and prosperity to the UAE and other Arab and Islamic nations.
His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, performed Eid Al Adha prayer at Sheikh Ahmed Bin Rashid Al Mu’alla Mosque here.
Performing the prayer along with Sheikh Saud were Sheikh Rashid Bin Saud Bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Qaiwain, and a number of Sheikhs, heads of government departments, top local officials and members of the Arab and Islamic communities in Umm Al Quwain.
In his Eid sermon, Sheikh Mohammed Ibrahim Humaid said: ‘’This day is a day of connection, charity and giving in which we reach our kinship and our neighbors, bring happiness to our families.’’
He urged members of the public to commit themselves to precautionary measures for their health safety.
He prayed to Almighty Allah to protect the UAE from any harm and guide the UAE leaders to do what is best for the Emirati people’s interest and the service of Islam and Muslims.
Following the prayer, Sheikh Saud exchanged Eid greetings with well-wishers.
Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President, has congratulated President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on the occasion of Eid Al Adha, wishing him continued good health and wellbeing.
Sheikh Sultan also extended his Eid greetings to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, Crown Princes and Deputies Ruler.
Sheikh Sultan prayed to The Almighty Allah to protect the UAE while wishing continuing security, peace, progress and prosperity for the UAE people and residents.
