AFZ strengthen­s partnershi­ps in insurance sector

AJMAN: Ajman Free Zone (AFZ), has entered into separate partnershi­ps with two insurance companies as part of its ongoing efforts to expand its network and provide support to investors, companies and the business community.

The free zone recently signed Memorandum­s of Understand­ing( mo us) wit hals a gr national insurance Company and the Arabian Scandinavi­an Insurance Company( plc)-takafu l-as can a insurance( as can a ).

These Mous will pave the way for Ajman Free Zone to extend value-added, high-quality and competitiv­e healthcare insurance coverage to its investors and their families and employees. The extensive insurance will cover the costs of medical services; expenses for treatments and daily care in hospitals; ambulance fees, among others.

Engineer Ali Alsuwaidi, Director General, Ajman Free zone, said the free zone’ s new mo us demonstrat­e that it recognizes the importance of the insurance sector and will help bolster the confidence of investors and foreign companies. The insurance services are the latest additions to Ajman Free Zone’s highqualit­y, competitiv­ely priced and easily accessible business solutions.
