Meanwhile, according to the statistica­l report of the first half of 2021 regarding the real estate transactio­ns issued by Sharjah Real Estate Registrati­on Department, Sharjah’s real estate sector has achieved a total value of transactio­ns worth AED 12.2 billion with a total number of 40,346 transactio­ns, marking a 40.5% increase in total transactio­ns for the first half of this year compared to the same period last year.

Moreover, the total area covered in sales transactio­ns was 75.2 million square feet.
