Dubai hospital inks pact with USA facility
DUBAI: Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital in Dubai signed on Tuesday a collaboration agreement with Johns Hopkins Medicine International, the leading healthcare provider in the USA in the presence of Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Cabinet member, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence.
World-renowned doctors from Johns Hopkins Medicine in the United States will travel to Dubai on a regular basis to provide advanced diagnostic and speciality care for patients in the region.
Sheikh Nahyan, in his speech during the signing of the agreement, talked about the importance of this international collaboration and he said: “We are delighted to have Johns Hopkins Medicine International as a partner in providing some of the finest health care in the world right here at the Clemenceau Hospital in Dubai, I am sure that the people of the UAE will benefit greatly from the superb medical care that your visiting physicians will bring to us.”
The minister also added: “By launching this agreement today, all of you recognize that the UAE is a country intent on improving the quality of health care for its entire population. We in the United Arab Emirates understand that the quality of our lives depends on good health. He ended his speech talking about health care saying: “The Clemenceau Hospital deserves special credit for its wisdom in collaborating with Johns Hopkins Medicine.
