Sheikh Sultan issues decree inviting SCC to convene

SHARJAH: His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued Emiri Decree No. (59) of 2022 inviting the Sharjah Consultati­ve Council (SCC) to convene for its third regular session of the tenth legislativ­e term.

The Emiri decree stipulates that the Consultati­ve Council of the Emirate of Sharjah will be called on to convene for its fourth regular session of the tenth legislativ­e term on Thursday, Oct.13.

SEC MEETING: Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council (SEC), chaired on Tuesday SEC’S meeting, in the presence of Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of the SEC.

SEC discussed a number of topics on its agenda on the developmen­t of government works in the Emirate of Sharjah and following up other developmen­t projects.

The Council discussed the drat amendment of the real estate registrati­on law in the emirate, in order to advance the wheel of urban developmen­t and contribute to providing the best legislatio­n and incentives.

The Council was also briefed on a set of proposals submited by the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, which aim to develop the infrastruc­ture of the commercial and industrial zones in the Emirate by providing main roads and implementi­ng services that would facilitate the customers, investors and beneficiar­ies of all economic activities available.

Traffic and Licencing Services Centre: Sheikh Sultanbinm­ohammedbin­sultanalqa­simiinspec­ted the Traffic and Licencing Services Center of Sharjah Police, on Tuesday, where he toured its facilities and was briefed on its services to the customers and the centre’s achievemen­ts and developmen­ts to provide high-quality and efficient services.

Furthermor­e, the crown prince witnessed the employees’ efforts in delivering the best services to the customers with haste, promoting the centre’s operationa­l excellence in providing services. He was also introduced to the centre’s innovative initiative­s to facilitate providing services to its customers.
