Penguins add warm touch to breakfast at Ski Dubai
DUBAI: The early bird gets the coolest breakfast in town! Ski Dubai’s Breakfast with Penguins lets you take a snowy morning walk with penguins before tucking into a heart-warming breakfast at North 28. The unique experience, which takes place every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m., will run until 31 March.
Breakfast with Penguins is the perfect way to kickstart the morning with your family. Guests as young as two years old are welcome to get up close with Ski Dubai’s local colony of King and Gentoo Penguins. Ater a 30-minute walk in the snow, the whole family can enjoy a meal together at North 28 and choose from a selection of tasty options including Pancakes, Omelete, Shakshuka, and Eggs Benedict, as well as a beverage of your choice.
Breakfast with Penguins is aligned with Majid Al Futaim’s vision to create great moments for everyone, every day and is another example of how Ski Dubai is continuously introducing innovative experiences for its guests. Ski Dubai was recently awarded the World’s Best Indoor Ski Resort by the World Ski Awards for the seventh consecutive year.
Tickets cost Dhs175 per person and also include rental gear (jacket, pants, boots and gloves) and the use of a locker.
A report last year says Ski Dubai in partnership with Dubai Sports Council are excited to announce that the third edition of the DXB Snow Run will take place on 11 June.
The unique running experience is open to anyone between the ages of 18 and 62 and will see participants navigate the slopes of Ski Dubai in -4pc.
DXB Snow Run was launched in 2020 and was one of the first snow sports competitions in the world to take place post-lockdown. Due to popular demand, it has become an annual event.
Mohammad El Etri, Vice President, Global Snow, Majid Al Futaim Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas said: “Staying fit during the summer months with rising temperatures can be a challenge so we are delighted to partner once again with Dubai Sports Council to host this unique run.
“Ski Dubai is the ideal place to stay active, cool down and have fun and we have a variety of community-centric events throughout the year to ensure that people can embrace an active lifestyle.”
