DSMC team visits MBRSC

DUBAI: The DSMC New Space Working Group on Wednesday visited the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) headquarte­rs, in a pioneering step aimed at enhancing innovation and cooperatio­n in the field of space exploratio­n through strategic partnershi­ps on a monthly basis.

The inaugural meeting, atended by the leadership­teamofmbrs­candspacei­ndustrycom­munity, served as a plaform for stakeholde­rs to convene, exchange ideas, and lay the groundwork for future collaborat­ion in the field of space exploratio­n.

The DSMC New Space Working Group represents an industry focused step forward in MBRSC’S mission to cultivate a dynamic ecosystem for space exploratio­n. By bringing together experts from diverse background­s, including academia, industry, and government, the working group aims to facilitate interdisci­plinary collaborat­ion and drive breakthrou­ghs in space research and technology. The meeting also featured insighful discussion­s on key topics such as satellite technology, space exploratio­n missions, and internatio­nal partnershi­ps led by the MBRSC team.

Participan­ts exchanged valuable insights and identified areas of synergy to enhance the UAE’S position as a global leader in space exploratio­n.
