HOPE IS STILL ALIVE

-

The Pakistani cricket team is in a dire situation, dark clouds are looming over the national cricket team. Their recent drawn series against the C category team of New Zealand was a disaster, and the defeat against Ireland shocked the fans just before the start of the T20 World Cup event that starts from 1st June.

Cricket is not just a game for Pakistani fans, but also a source of relief from numerous challenges the nation is facing. Pakistan’s first match in the T20 World Cup is against host USA, followed by a match against archrivals India on 9th June. This is expected to be a thrilling match for fans of both nations.

The last match between Pakistan and India in the 2023 World Cup, which India won by 4 wickets, was a thrilling epic. It was the most watched and most-rated match in the history of cricket, more than 2 billion people watched this live match. The Pakistan team is busy with the Ireland series and then there is the series against the last T20 champions England.

The team’s recent performance has raised serious questions about their selection and the need for swift changes before the start of the T20 World Cup.

Despite the challenges, the Pakistani cricket team has a long history of rising from the bottom to the top of the points table and surprising the world with strong performance, so there is still hope for them because the team has a great track record in the T20 World Cup.
