My main goal is to provide the best quality service to ensure that guests come back for another great spa experience. To maximize revenue we create special or monthly offers and market the spa through magazines and top editorials. Examples of promotions include offering guests the opportunity to create their own package of two hours at a special discounted rate - always coming up with exciting new packages such as, private yoga lessons on our rooftop.

Most of our guests are here for business purposes hence, they look for a relaxing massage whenever they get an opportunity. Very few of them want to try something new or different.

What demands and trends do o see omin p in o r mar et?

The luxury hospitality market in the Middle East region is extensive and highly competitive, with several new hotels opening up. Everyone is more aware of their health and wellbeing. Current trends throughout the luxury spa industry include exclusive product ranges, holistic therapies for timepoor people, pioneering wellness concepts such as Ayurveda and yoga, and healing therapies with organic and natural products.
