The high achievemen­ts of AUT hospitalit­y management students in several culinary competitio­ns including HORECA competitio­ns awarded AUT the privilege to collaborat­e with RATRACCC and top hotels and hospitalit­y companies for a course taught to AUT students by top industry experts and celebrity chefs.

The Maroun Chedid Cooking Academy celebrated its first anniversar­y with an intimate event gathering friends, media and bloggers. The three cooking labs served different house specialtie­s, with live cooking from the Maroun Chedid team of chefs.
