Homeschooling has been made possible, thanks to the Legislations Lab that Sheikh Mohammed has recently launched as the largest laboratory for proactively designing the future.

The lab has issued the first licence for homeschooling legislation after studying and testing the Rahhal project of Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority. Based on

During his meeting with the family of Emirati citizen Abdul Wahed Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Sheikh Mohammed was keen on exchanging ideas with the family, which is one of the irst beneiciaries of the new legislation.

He was also keen on listening to the childrenís homeschooling experience that their father opted for them under the supervision of their mother, who organized an integrated school day for them round the year to make sure that her children would not miss any knowledge or skills gained by their peers in traditional classrooms.

Sheikh Mohammed emphasized that the UAE government is keen on overcoming all obstacles that citizens might face and that the Legislative Lab was launched to introduce new legislation or develop existing legislation, regulate the work of advanced technology products and applications and encourage investment in future sectors by providing a secure legislative environment in line with the UAE vision 2021 and the UAE Centennial 2071.
