Lewis reached his high­est in­di­vid­ual rank­ing on the ATP Tour in Oc­to­ber 2008 when he be­came world No. 583. A mem­ber of the Bar­ba­dos Davis Cup team since 2002, the 32-year-old is the old­est and most ex­pe­ri­enced mem­ber of the team. This will be his 50th tie.

Lewis has the most dou­bles wins (20-14), the most to­tal wins (46-32) and the most years play­ing at this level (16) for Bar­ba­dos.

He and King com­prise Bar­ba­dos’ most suc­cess­ful dou­bles pair­ing, with ten wins and seven losses. Fos­ter-es­t­wick is now com­plet­ing his se­nior year on a full ath­let­ics schol­ar­ship at Hamp­ton Univer­sity, play­ing for their NCAA Di­vi­sion 1 pro­gramme. He re­cently made the MEAC All-con­fer­ence first team. This sea­son he was awarded MVP of the men’s ten­nis team, end­ing the sea­son on a seven-match un­de­feated streak.

He made his Davis Cup de­but in 2017 and played in his first two pro­fes­sional tour­na­ments in Mex­ico this year.
