Lewis reached his highest individual ranking on the ATP Tour in October 2008 when he became world No. 583. A member of the Barbados Davis Cup team since 2002, the 32-year-old is the oldest and most experienced member of the team. This will be his 50th tie.
Lewis has the most doubles wins (20-14), the most total wins (46-32) and the most years playing at this level (16) for Barbados.
He and King comprise Barbados’ most successful doubles pairing, with ten wins and seven losses. Foster-estwick is now completing his senior year on a full athletics scholarship at Hampton University, playing for their NCAA Division 1 programme. He recently made the MEAC All-conference first team. This season he was awarded MVP of the men’s tennis team, ending the season on a seven-match undefeated streak.
He made his Davis Cup debut in 2017 and played in his first two professional tournaments in Mexico this year.
