And here I was in Florida. I found myself in a 5,000 square foot house with 5 bathrooms in a very affluent area in Windermere. And I was broken. And while I'm surrounded by what people might think was the American dream in a really big house, I was a broken, empty person.

And it was truly there in that moment, just truly surrendering my life to God. Truly surrendering myself to God. And I just said, "Just come into my heart." And I accepted him fully, fully, head to toe, spirit, mind, body, and soul. And it was amazing what the living water Jesus Christ did for me in that moment and still today.

So, I needed to figure out what, from a career standpoint, I was going to do, you know? And I couldn't believe that God would have given me all of that success, even though at the time I took credit for it. But I know God gave it to me.

I couldn't believe that He would give me all that success so early and be done with me. And so I said, "I want to take all that stuff. I love business. I love everything I learned. I want to take it all and just use it for the kingdom. What does it look like? How do I do it? How can I serve you fully, God?"

I want to take it all and just use it for the kingdom. What does it look like? How do I do it? How can I serve you fully, God?"

And I landed in the Christian Chamber in Central Florida, and the President met me. He called his wife immediately and said to her, "God said she's the one." Bless his heart! He wanted to retire for 5 years. He even told the chamber he was retiring, and God said to him, "Who told you you could retire?" The poor guy had to hold on for 5 years, waiting for me to get my stuff together so that I would be ready to take on this position.

I became the President of the Central Florida Christian Chamber 2 months after COVID shut down the world. And that's right where God wanted me to be, fully, continuously surrendering, knowing that it's Him. He gives these passion, desires, and dreams in our hearts, but he's also responsible for the outcome. We're not. And so as long as we're following Him and being obedient to Him, the outcome's on Him.

Central Florida Christian Chamber was actually US Christian Chamber of Commerce, believe it or not. And so for 20 years, they did business as Central Florida Christian Chamber of Commerce, and the US Christian Chamber was underground, just germinating, waiting. And we realized that God was calling it forth in our nation. And so I leaned into that. We bifurcated the companies. And now, for just 9 months, I've been the President for the US Christian Chamber of Commerce, a journey I would have never, ever imagined.
