Castle Itter.
A fictional retelling of the true story of the siege of Castle Itter. In the waning days of the war, a small force of American soldiers is tasked with defending Castle Itter from hundreds of SS troops. The German soldiers inside the castle cast their fate with the Americans. The only battle of the war in which Americans and Germans fought side by side.

Mark Russell is an author, comic book writer, and cartoonist living and toiling in Portland, Oregon. The works he is known for include God Is Disappointed in You, a modern re-telling of the Bible, The Flintstones, Exit Stage Left: The Snagglepuss Chronicles (Winner of the 2019 GLAAD Award for Outstanding Comic), Not All Robots (Winner of the 2022 Eisner Award for Best Humor Comic), and Superman: Space Age, which tells the story of Superman and his loved ones, living against the backdrop of Cold War America. As far as he knows, all his books are still in print.
PJ Holden is a Northern Ireland based comic artist who has been working professionally for over two decades. After a career in IT, PJ switched over to his first love, drawing comics, and hasn't looked back since.
JP Jordan is a comic book colorist and writer from Ireland, known for working on such titles as VR Troopers, Star Trek, Gargoyles, and Power Rangers. He fell in love with storytelling and art at a young age, through the pages of Goosebumps, Matilda, Bone, Amazing Spider-Man and the lessons of beloved Irish cartoonist Don Conroy and the T.V. show Art Attack. He currently lives on a deer-filled mountain, and is sustained by books, a steady supply of chai and a healthy distrust of the existence of shoebills.
