“A stunning and gorgeous collection of recipes, photos, and information on edible flowers and a little bit of folklore and flavor. This was the perfect book to add to your collection if you enjoy not only drinking one of these delicious drinks but if you want to make them too! The photographs are so beautiful and each recipe is unique. This is a great read and really does add a bit of magic to your drinks!

*Thanks Netgalley and Rowman & Littlefield, Globe Pequot for sending me an arc in exchange for an honest review*”

“I love using flowers in culinary pursuits, so this book caught my attention. What really solidified it for me was the inclusion of ‘Folklore.’

While I expected an interesting read and some great recipes, I was not expecting it to be so beautiful as well. This would make a great Galentine’s gift for your girlfriends, your mother or anyone really. I just can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed this one!”

“‘The Flower-Infused Cocktail’ by Alyson Brown is a beautiful book of cocktail recipes. As someone who has used edible flowers in cooking for years, incorporating them into flavour infusions in cocktails is a wonderful compliment to other culinary uses. This is definitely a book I'd recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a lovely tipple or expand their use of edible flowers in the kitchen.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.”

“Alyson Brown’s ‘The Flower-Infused Cocktail’ is such a cool book. After going basics like glassware and bar tools and notes about finding and using edible flowers, each spread presents a flower—one page describes the taste and its origins and then shares a recipe for a drink or drink ingredient, the other page features a gorgeous photo of the end result. This would make a wonderful addition to a recipe book collection, a hostess gift, or even a coffee table book.

Thank you to NetGalley and Globe Pequot for an advanced reader copy in exchange for an honest review. My reviewed was posted online to Goodreads on November 12, 2022 to https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/5100891809.”
