Reviews

“[A] breezy, charming chronicle...This heavily illustrated ‘manual’ manages to be both gracious and unapologetic about Hef’s seemingly otherworldly existence. Many of the details...are truly hilarious....The whole Playboy approach seems like such harmless fun that it’s hard to imagine a time when he was seen as a revolutionary. His honesty...is striking.” - Time Out New York

“The 78-year-old Lothario remains alive and kicking under the satin sheets, an icon of popular culture, still pipe-smoking, still pajama-partying...Hef’s got class...simply because he sticks to his anachronistic habits and Casual Friday weeks....He’s decided to lay out what he’s learned in the ways of lovin’ in Hef’s Little Black Book, his very own version of The Rules...in swooning Anne Rice-like text....Hef provides more than a few surprises, and some wizened tips that are actually dead-on.” - New York Post
