Janet Stone has been a dedicated yoga practitioner since 1996 when she traveled to India, the birthplace of her grandfather. Weaved within her Vinyasa practice is Bhakti yoga, which creates a unified movement of awareness and breath. Janet leads immersions, retreats and workshops all over the globe.
