Kenneth Molosi quits Absa board

Absa Bank Botswana Limited wishes to inform its shareholders that Kenneth Molosi has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Bank with effect from 11 September 2020. Mr. Molosi was appointed to the Board of the Bank in November 2009. “Following Mr Molosi’s resignation, the Board of Directors of Absa Bank will continue the ongoing efforts to ensure that the Board is adequately resourced with the right skills and will keep its shareholders duly informed of developments in this regard,” said the board.

The resignation of Molosi follows that of Chairman Oduetse Motshidisi who has since joined NBFIRA as Chief Executive Officer.
