PPADB lifts ban on workshops
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) has resumed capacity building workshops, following the suspension of the service in April 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Public Relation and Education Manager at PPADB, Charles Keikotlhae said the development is guided by the latest government COVID-19 restrictions that partially ease the conditions for holding meetings, workshops and conferences.
He further said PPADB is developing ‘blended learning’ approach as another mode of delivering the training in the long term, to complement the face to face interactions.
“The approach minimizes physical contacts between learners and facilitators in order to curb the spread of COVID-19,” said Keikotlhae.
