Vantage Properties launch digital property valuation
As innovation occupies every corner of the economy, property evaluation is now available digitally. Vantage Properties is driving technology adoption in the real estate space through Gosmartvalue, an automated property valuation platform. In 2019, Manake opened an online shop – BuyBdub targeting the local market and envisaged being a go to online shop for indigenous and organic products made in Africa. Despite her enthusiasm with online platforms, Manake has bemoaned limits to a local payment gateway, citing that there is no national payment switch, which allows for easy transactions. Payment switch is a system that can interface with any POS system, automated teller machine ( ATM), mobile payment system and internet based commerce portals, consolidate all electronic transactions and then intelligently channel them to one or more payment processors for authorization and settlement.
