HRMC founder steps down

-

Seasoned human resource guru, Stuart White has stepped out of HRMC, Staffwise and Talent Matters to pave way for new directors.

White, the Founder and Managing Director, has announced moving to new career ambitions, having groomed incredible talent within each business to now take the reins. “It has been an incredible honour to have founded and led these businesses for so long, growing them to be champions in the industry. This has really been possible because of the strength and depth of talent of the team within,” said White.

Following the departure of and divestment by Stuart White, Elisa Ramokhua assumes the role of Managing Director of Talent Matters, whilst Sesaleteng Seabe and Naeem Bhamjee will lead HRMC, and Bame Mothei Dikomoki will head Staff Wise. White is confident that the empowerment and talent development within HRMC speaks to the true calibre of skill in Botswana. HRMC is one of the leading specialist recruitment consultancies in Southern and East Africa, founded in 1992 and specialising in high end recruitment and talent management.

In 2011, White established Staff Wise, a consultancy business providing recruitment and selection, recruitment process outsourcing and labour brokering services. Talent Matters was established in 2011, a business psychology and human resources consultancy that develops and executes talent strategies on behalf of clients.
