Australian firm opens in Botswana

Australian franchise and business coaching firm, ActionCoach is expected to launch in Botswana under the leadership of Firm Territory Partner Wilfred Mpai.
Mpai, who is not a stranger to the financing and business world, was selected after months of discussions to acquire the rights to operate and grow the ActionCoach Business and Executive Coaching brand in Botswana.
The firm will be launched by Minister of Finance and Economic Development, Peggy Serame.
Mpai has extensive experience across many industries at the executive level and currently sits on a number of Boards in Botswana. Financial and business experts concur that his background and experience make him the ideal person to coach and guide Botswana’s business owners and executive teams to successes that will ultimately contribute to economic growth and employment creation.
Country Partner for South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, and Nigeria, Pieter Scholtz, and his partner bought the Master Franchise rights for ActionCoach for the African continent with a focus on coaching Africa’s entrepreneurs to build commercial, profitable enterprises that can work independently, whilst focusing on the global vision of creating “World Abundance through Business Education”.
ActionCoach Business Coaching currently operates in over 80 countries around the globe with around 1000 offices in these territories. It was established in 1993 by serial entrepreneur and the World’s leading Business Coach, Brad Sugars, and was later franchised in 1997.
In the last couple of years, the company won many prestigious awards, among them, the World’s Leading Business Coaching Franchise, Top 50 Franchise in Franchisee Satisfaction Awards by the well- known Franchise Business Review ( FBR), as well as, Achieved a Nett Promoter Score ( NPS) of 80 which indicates the value that customers place on working with the team at ActionCoach.
In an interview with Botswana Guardian, Mpai said they will have strategic alliances with companies and agencies such as CEDA, Business Botswana, LEA, and Tokalafala, among others, in order to develop entrepreneurs.
